Sauya is an accounting and finance professional with over 15 years of leadership experience in audit, finance, tax and compliance. She holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) , Certified Public Accountant (CPA ) and Enrolled Agent (EA) candidate.
At RADSA, Sauya leads the Accounting & Financial Strategy Division, overseeing financial planning, tax prep & filing, audit readiness, internal control design, and advisory solutions that drive operational excellence and sustainable growth for clients across sectors.

Francis is a public-health and data-systems expert with over 10 years of experience in health analytics, evaluation, and program coordination. He holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and is Certified in Public Health (CPH).
At RADSA, Francis directs the Public Health & Sustainability Division, providing leadership in data-driven evaluation, impact measurement, and evidence-based programming that strengthen community health systems and inform policy decisions.
